Ahead of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) launch, a Bikesure survey of 1,000 Londoners has found 82.1% have changed or thought about changing their household transport. We could also see double the number of low-emission mopeds, scooters and motorcycles being used to get across the city.
