We hope you never have to report a claim, but in case you do here is how to let us know. Rest assured we will do all we can to get you back on the road and deal with your claim as soon as possible.

Reporting a new motorcycle claim

Please call 0844 8888 775. You will be connected to a team of claims handlers at Bankstone, who specialise in handling motorcycle claims from start to finish.

Bankstone is a claims company run by bike people for bike people so you'll be in great hands, should you be involved in an accident. This means that Bankstone understand the kind of claims you need to make - they know a swinging arm from a hero blob, and they know what goes wrong with bikes.

Their lines are open 24/7, and once you've called in you'll get regular updates by SMS, email or phone. You can even log in and track your claim's process online.

If you've already reported your claim

If Bankstone are handling your claim, please call the above number.

If you reported your claim prior to June 1st, Bikesure's in-house claims team will be dealing with your claim and can be contacted on 0845 367 8797 or at claims@adrianflux.co.uk.

If you are unsure of the date you reported your claim, the number to call should be on any of your correspondence sent to you regarding the claim. Alternatively, give us a call and we can put you in touch with the right department.
